Overview

The Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciences (SSHSS), Sharda University is organizing “Prana & Peace” – Pranayama & Meditation Sessions for the students, faculty, and staff of Sharda University. The initiative aims to promote physical well-being, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace through the regular practice of pranayama and meditation.

The sessions will introduce participants to simple and effective yogic breathing techniques and meditation practices that can be incorporated into their daily routine. Through guided practices, participants will learn techniques to improve breath awareness, relaxation, concentration, stress management, and overall well-being. The sessions are designed to provide a calm and rejuvenating environment where members of the university community can pause, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
