Overview
The SSBS Leadership Summit brought together the Sharda School of Business Studies (SSBS), eminent industry leaders, academicians, and accomplished professionals on a common platform for meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange. The Summit focused on contemporary business and leadership challenges, emerging industry trends, and the evolving competencies required for the future of work. It served as a platform to strengthen the academia–industry interface, foster thought leadership, and facilitate opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, executive engagement, and talent development.
Objectives of Event
- Fostering Industry–Academia Partnerships: Focused on building and strengthening collaborations between the business school and industry leaders.
- Improving Training and Placement: Dedicated to enhancing students' training and placement opportunities through direct engagement with industry professionals.
- Addressing Skill Gaps: Striving to align academic curricula with industry requirements, ensuring students develop relevant skills and expertise.
- Enabling Leadership and Knowledge Exchange: Provided a platform for industry leaders and academicians to share insights, experiences, and perspectives on contemporary leadership and business challenges.
- Creating Opportunities for Mentorship and Collaboration: Encouraged meaningful interactions among industry leaders, faculty, alumni, and students to foster mentorship, professional networking, and future avenues for collaboration.
