Overview

The Department of Pharmacology, School of Medical Sciences and Research, Sharda Hospiral, Sharda University in collaboration with Indian Pharmacopeia Commission (IPC), National Coordination Centre for Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (NCC-PvPI), under the aegis of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, will be celebrating the 5th National Pharmacovigilance Week commencing from 17th to 23rd September 2025. The program aims to raise awareness & sensitize patients, their attendants, and Healthcare Workers about reporting suspected adverse events related to medications, thereby fostering a culture of patient safety. To facilitate convenient reporting, IPC through PvPI is re-launching an upgraded IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) for its toll-free helpline (1800-180-3024). # NPW 2025.
