Overview
This interactive event is designed to help participants develop effective goal-setting strategies, manage time-related stress, and enhance emotional regulation skills. Through guided activities, group discussions, and expert-led sessions, attendees will learn how to set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), prioritize tasks, and handle pressure without burnout.
