About the Event:

The Department of Optometry, Sharda School of Allied Health Sciences, is organizing an event titled “Fostering Integrity and Discipline: Code of Conduct for Students 30-09-2025.” The event aims to educate students about the standards and expectations set by the university regarding their academic performance, behavior, and overall conduct. It will outline the key principles students should adhere to in order to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. The session will cover important topics such as academic integrity, respectful interactions, proper use of campus resources, and the significance of upholding university values. Through informative discussions and interactive engagement, students will gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the support systems available to help them succeed both academically and personally. This initiative is essential for fostering a campus culture built on integrity, respect, and excellence.

Objectives of Event

• Create awareness about discipline, punctuality, and mutual respect on campus.
• Educate students on university policies related to attendance, academic integrity, and classroom behavior.
• Highlight the role of committees such as the Proctorial Board, Anti-Ragging Committee, and Internal Complaints Committee.   
• Encourage students to embody the values of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism both inside and outside the classroom.
