Overview

The institution will organize a “Upa-Yoga Session for Mental Wellbeing” with the aim of promoting physical health, mental peace, emotional balance, and overall well-being among participants. The session will include a series of short and effective yogic practices inspired by different aspects of wellness such as happiness, inner exploration, peace, health, success, immunity, and harmony.

The activities conducted during the session will include practices like Naad Yoga for happiness and emotional stability, Shambhavi Mudra for inner awareness and receptivity, and Namaskar Prakriya to cultivate harmony, love, and calmness within oneself. Participants will also be guided through Disha Sanchalan and neck exercises to improve flexibility, joint movement, posture, and concentration.

Special emphasis will be given to practices such as Yoga Namaskar for strengthening the spine and activating the body, Nadi Shuddhi for mental peace and balancing energy channels, and Simha Kriya for enhancing immunity and respiratory strength. Each practice will be conducted for a short duration ranging from 4 to 7 minutes, making the session simple, engaging, and easy to follow for all participants.

The yoga session will create a positive and energetic environment where participants will experience relaxation, reduced stress, improved focus, and better mind-body coordination. The program will encourage individuals to adopt yoga and mindful practices as a part of their daily lifestyle for maintaining physical fitness and mental wellness.

The event will conclude with an interactive feedback session where participants will share their experiences and learning outcomes from the program.
