Objectives of Event
- To introduce students to the fundamental principles, philosophy, and health benefits of Yoga for holistic wellbeing.
- To train students in basic Yoga practices including Sukshma Vyayama, Surya Namaskara, various Asanas, Pranayama, and Dhyana, with a focus on correct posture, breathing techniques, mantra chanting, and physical-mind synchronization for improved flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity.
- To cultivate teaching and self-practice skills in Yoga that promote positive health, personality development, and emotional balance, enabling students to understand and apply Yoga practices for their personal growth and wellbeing.
