Overview

This programme is designed for M.Sc. Nursing students to enhance job readiness and employability in diverse healthcare settings. It focuses on strengthening advanced clinical knowledge, practical skills, critical thinking, leadership abilities, and professional communication required in modern healthcare practice.

 The course covers key areas such as evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, healthcare ethics, interprofessional collaboration, use of healthcare technologies, documentation, and quality and safety standards. Through hands-on training, case-based learning, simulation, and real-world healthcare exposure, students are prepared to perform effectively in roles such as clinical specialists, nurse educators, administrators, researchers, and public health professionals.
