Overview

Sharda University is entering into a strategic partnership with Ccentric Learning Edge Pvt. Ltd. to jointly launch and deliver specialized, future-focused academic programmes aimed at addressing the evolving needs of the automotive and energy sectors.

Under this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the following academic initiatives will be introduced:

  1. Programme in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in Electric Vehicle Technology (EVT):

    • This interdisciplinary programme will equip students with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in electric vehicle design, battery systems, power electronics, and intelligent transportation technologies.

    • The programme will be jointly developed and delivered to foster industry readiness and innovation capabilities.

    • It will be offered across both the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering.

  2. Programme in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology (HFCT):

    • This programme will focus on emerging hydrogen fuel cell technologies, emphasizing sustainable energy solutions and advanced propulsion systems.

    • The curriculum will integrate applied research, laboratory work, and industry projects to prepare graduates for careers in alternative energy and clean mobility.

    • This specialization will fall within the Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Objectives of Event

  • Advancing academic excellence and applied research.
  • Developing industry-aligned curriculum frameworks.
  • Facilitating faculty development and knowledge exchange.
  • Providing students with access to cutting-edge resources and training in Electric Vehicle Technology and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology.
  • Through this collaboration, Sharda University and Ccentric Learning Edge Pvt. Ltd. aim to position graduates as leaders in sustainable mobility and clean energy solutions.
