Overview

The Department of Management (Healthcare and Hospital Administration), Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida, is organizing a session on Workplace Wellness: Chair Yoga skills for Relaxation, Energy, and Posture, exclusively designed for faculty and administrative staff of the Business School . The session will let the participants learn about gentle chair yoga skills designed to relieve stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and back associated with prolonged sitting. Simple pranayama techniques are incorporated to promote mental, physical and emotional calmness and to reduce stress.

Objectives of Event

  • To promote meditation as a skill to support relaxation and fosters a positive and productive work environment.
  • To promote mental calmness and reduce workplace stress by incorporating pranayama
  • To enhance posture, energy levels, and overall well-being through mindful movement practices suitable for the workplace setting
