Overview

Dear All,

Sharda School of Law (SSOL), Sharda University, is organizing "Express What You Carried" – A Creative Activity Competition, as part of World Suicide Awareness Month. The initiative aims to create a safe, reflective space for students to process and express their experiences around mental health, struggle, and support, through the medium of art. Participants are invited to respond to one of two prompts, in any art form of their choice — poetry, posters, or essays in Hindi or English.

Prompt 1: "A Letter to someone who didn't know I was struggling"

Prompt 2: "To the person who stayed"
