Overview
The Interview Edge: From Self-Presentation to Professional Success is a structured initiative designed to equip final-year and prefinal year UG and PG students of Sharda University with the essential skills and confidence required to succeed in placement interviews. The programme combines interactive interview skills training sessions with mock interviews that simulate real recruitment scenarios. Students will receive guidance on self-introduction, resume-based discussions, HR and behavioural interview questions, communication skills, body language, and professional etiquette. Individualized feedback from the expert will help participants identify their strengths and areas for improvement, enabling them to enhance their interview performance and improve their overall employability and career readiness. Objectives of Event
- To prepare final-year students for campus placement interviews through structured training and practical exposure.
