Sharda School of Allied Health Sciences, Sharda University, is organizing Nutri Spark” National Nutrition Month Celebration 2026 on 23rd to 24th September 2026.

 

About the Event

 

Sharda School of Allied Health Sciences (SSAHS) Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and Sharda Hospital, is organizing a series of activities as part of Nutrition Month Celebration 2026 to promote health and nutrition awareness. The celebration will include a Hydration Drink Camp to emphasize the importance of adequate fluid intake and healthy beverage choices. A Nukkad Natak (Street Play) will be performed to creatively spread messages on balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyles. A Poster Making Competition will encourage students to express nutrition-related themes through art and innovation. A Food Stall activity will showcase nutritious and affordable food preparations while educating participants about healthy eating practices. A BMI Camp will be conducted to assess nutritional status and provide basic health guidance. These activities will collectively foster awareness, participation, and positive behavioral changes toward better health and nutrition.

Objectives of Event

·         To promote awareness regarding the importance of hydration and encourage the consumption of healthy beverages.

·         To disseminate nutrition and health messages through an engaging and interactive medium.

·         To enhance creativity and increase awareness of nutrition-related issues among students.

·         To promote healthy eating habits and showcase nutritious food alternatives.

·         To assess the nutritional status of participants and promote awareness of healthy body weight management.
