Overview

The NSS, NCC, and Cultural Club Coordinators, Office of the Dean Students’ Welfare, in collaboration with Alcoholics Anonymous (Delhi IG), is organizing an Anti-Alcohol Awareness Drive on 17th October 2025 at 11:00 AM onwards.

This initiative aims to spread awareness about the harmful effects of alcohol consumption and encourage students and the community to adopt a healthy, responsible, and alcohol-free lifestyle. Through active participation and collective effort, the drive seeks to promote social responsibility, prevent addiction, and build a safer and healthier society.

Objectives of Event

  • To raise awareness about the physical, mental, and social consequences of alcohol consumption.
  • To motivate individuals, especially youth, to make informed and responsible lifestyle choices.
  • To support community efforts in reducing alcohol addiction and related social issues such as domestic violence and road accidents.
  • To foster a culture of health, discipline, and social well-being through active student participation.
  • To strengthen collaboration between educational institutions and social welfare organizations in promoting public health.
