Overview
Avinya: The Management & Commerce Society ofSharda School of Business Studies is hosting an insightful Leadership Talk Series. The first event of the series is a session on “Sustainable Financial Practices & Future Careers in Banking: An IIBF Perspective into the Future of Banking” exclusively for management students. This session, led by Dr.NarinderBhasin, Zonal Head, IIBF and an eminent banker with 30 years in the industry from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), will explore how sustainability is reshaping the financial sector and what it means for future banking professionals. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on evolving banking practices, ESG frameworks, regulatory developments, and career opportunities in sustainable finance.
Objectives of Event
1.To introduce students to the concept of sustainable financial practices and their growing importance in the banking sector.
2.To provide insights into the future trends and innovations shaping the banking and financial services industry.
3.To highlight the role of IIBF in promoting ethical banking and professional development.
4.To guide students on potential career paths in sustainable banking and how to prepare for them through certifications and industry engagement.
