Dental Health Awareness & Screening Camp
Organized by the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) and Oral Medicine & Oral Pathology/Radiology (OMFP)
A community outreach initiative aimed at promoting oral health awareness and providing basic dental screening, consultation, and guidance for early diagnosis and prevention of oral diseases. The camp focuses on educating individuals about oral hygiene, dental problems, oral cancer awareness, and the importance of timely treatment and regular dental check-ups.
Objectives of Event
- To create awareness regarding the importance of oral health and hygiene.
- To provide preliminary dental and oral screening for early detection of oral diseases.
- To educate the community about prevention of dental caries, periodontal diseases, and oral cancer.
- To encourage regular dental visits and timely treatment.
- To promote community outreach and preventive oral healthcare services.
