Overview

The photography workshop is a platform for students to showcase their creative skills. The students will be mentored and guided by the expert to hone their photography skills. Participants will learn about composition, lighting techniques, and the effective use of different camera settings. They will also gain hands-on experience through practical assignments and outdoor photo sessions. By the end of the workshop, students will have built a strong portfolio that reflects their unique artistic vision and technical growth.  

Objectives of Event

Objectives/Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of the workshop, the students will be able learn:

 

  • Demonstrate artistry by creating images that evoke an emotional response.
  • Apply the principles of lighting and colour theory to a variety of photographic scenarios by measuring, evaluating, and adjusting light and colour to create quality images.
  • Apply the mechanics of exposure to control light and influence the final product.
  • Apply principles of composition to produce professional images.
  • Select and use photographic equipment and technologies appropriate to the task.
