Overview

The Soft Skills Development Session is designed to enhance participants’ interpersonal and professional competencies essential for personal and career growth. This interactive session focuses on strengthening communication skills, teamwork, emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Through engaging activities, group discussions, role-plays, and real-life case studies, participants will gain practical insights into effective workplace behavior and professional etiquette.
