In the field of fundamental nursing, soft skills are as essential as clinical expertise and technical proficiency. They play a vital role in enhancing the quality of patient care by promoting empathy, cultural sensitivity, active listening, and collaborative teamwork. This event aims to highlight the importance of soft skills in nursing and to empower participants with tools to develop and refine these competencies, thereby fostering a more compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care approach
