Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences is organizing a Yoga session at Sukoon Villa Foundation, a Rehabilitation Center as one of the signature events under Yoga Samavesh to celebrate International Day of Yoga 2025. This event aims to improve the physical and mental health of inmates of rehabilitation center, integrate therapeutic Yoga practices into the rehabilitation process, fostering mental clarity, emotional balance. Through guided movement and mindfulness, the session seeks to create a restorative space that supports holistic healing and personal growth.
