Overview

The Alumni Cell, Sharda University in association with Sharda School of Business Studies (SSBS) is organising an insightful alumni guest lecture on 8th April 2026. The key speaker will be Col. Maneesh Sharma, an alumnus of the MBA in Health Care and Hospital Administration (Class of 2017). An Indian Army veteran with over 35 years of leadership experience, Col. Maneesh brings a wealth of knowledge shaped by discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking. He is a Founder of "aha!momentzz - My Coach Cares” (in 2021) and currently works as a Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Transformation Specialist, helping individuals unlock clarity and align performance with purpose.

In this guest lecture, he will share his remarkable journey from military leadership to the field of coaching and transformation. Students will also get the opportunity to interact with the speaker and seek guidance on career planning, self-development and transformation.
