The SSBS YOUNG MANAGERS SYMPHONY 2025' is a student connect and engagement initiative organized for the first-year BBA and B.Com students at Sharda School of Business Studies. The event is designed to welcome the new batch, familiarize them with the academic culture of the university, and connect them with peers, faculty, and institutional resources

Objectives of Event

1. Induction& Transition:

• To help first-year students smoothly transition from school to university life by introducing them to the academic environment, rules, and expectations.

2. Awareness of Programmes:

• To provide clarity about the structure, curriculum, specializations, and career pathways of the BBA and B.Com programmes.

3. Faculty & Peer Interaction:

• To build early connections between students, faculty members, and classmates, fostering a sense of belonging.

4. Skill Development & Motivation:

• To inspire students through sessions on personal growth, leadership, communication, and goal-setting for academic success.

5. Institutional Familiarization:

• To acquaint students with the resources, facilities, clubs, and support systems available at Sharda University.

6. Career Guidance:

• To provide insights into career opportunities, industry trends, and higher education pathways related to business and commerce.
