Overview
The NCC 31 UP Girls Battalion, under the auspices of the Office of Dean Student Welfare, Sharda University, is organizing a Nasha Mukti Rally on 15th May 2025. This rally aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse and to promote a drug-free, healthy lifestyle among youth and the community. Cadets will march in solidarity, spreading the message of de-addiction through slogans, banners, and community engagement. The initiative underscores Sharda University's commitment to social responsibility and the empowerment of students as change-makers for a better society.
Objectives of Event
The primary objective of the Nasha Mukti Rally is to spread awareness about the adverse effects of drug and substance abuse, especially among the youth. By engaging students and community members through active participation, the event seeks to:
Educate the public on the physical, mental, and social consequences of addiction.
Encourage a sense of responsibility and social awareness among students.
Promote healthy and positive lifestyle choices.
Inspire collective action toward building a drug-free society.
