Umeed - E - Zindagi: Poster Making Competition & Expert Talk is organised by Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic & Counselling Cell, Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciences. The event consists of an open house Poster Making Competition to create awareness on World Suicide Prevention Day on the theme : “Changing the Narrative on Suicide” for the year 2025, as given by the World Health Organization. This event will also encompass an Expert Talk by Prof. (Dr.) Anviti Gupta (Founder & Clinic Head - Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic & Counselling Cell, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Professor of Psychology and Dean, SSHSS) & Dr. Pratibha A. Singh (Chief Coordinator - Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic & Counselling Cell, Clinical Psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychology)

Poster Making Competition Details:
Time: 10am - 4pm (open house - anyone from Sharda University can participate and complete their posters within the stipulated hours)
Venue: 807- A, 8th floor, block 4, Sharda University
Perks of Participation: Certificates for all participants
Rewards for Winner: Award and chance to feature on Sharda University’s Social Media to showcase their poster and message on Suicide Prevention Day.
Rules: A3 sheets will be provided to each participant, stationaries will NOT be provided, participants can come anytime and complete their posters within the stipulated hours.
