Sports Society, Office of Dean Students’ Welfare pleased to announce the commencement of the Aerobics Fitness Program for female Faculty/Staff members at Sharda University.
The initiative is being organized with the objective of promoting physical fitness, wellness, and a healthy work-life balance among faculty members.
The program will include:
Aerobics Fitness Sessions – Energizing group workouts aimed at improving overall fitness, flexibility, and stress management.
Faculty members interested in participating are requested to confirm their participation by filling google form Link by 18th May 2026
