Overview
Department of Emergency Medicine, School of Medical Sciences and Research, Sharda Hospital, Sharda University is organizing the "FIRST AID & LIFE SUPPORT COURSE TRAINING" for Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF), Special Security Group, Greater Noida, on 9th and 10th July 2025, as part of the initiative of training 2250 personnel.
Title: FIRST AID & LIFE SUPPORT COURSE
Objectives of Event
- Thorough hands-on practice and drills, empower participants to respond assertively and calmly during real emergencies
- To train regarding the first aid management of common emergencies
- To demonstrate the basic lifesaving skills in an emergency
- To train on cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills
- To train responders to quickly identify situations requiring urgent action—e.g., cardiac arrest, choking, stroke—and apply correct procedures until advanced care arrives.
