A two-day workshop on “Practicalities of Arbitration & Online Dispute Resolution” is being organized with the objective of providing an in-depth understanding of arbitration and online dispute resolution (ODR) mechanisms. The workshop will focus on the legal framework, practical application, and emerging trends in arbitration and ODR.

Objectives of Event

  • The programme aims to equip students, faculty members, and legal professionals with contemporary insights into arbitration agreements, types of arbitration, institutional arbitration mechanisms, and the increasing role of technology in modern dispute resolution.
