Overview

The International Executive School, Strasbourg (France), and the Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida (India), are jointly organizing a 2-Day International Conference on “Innovate, Adapt, Lead, and Sustain (IALS 2.0): Shaping the Future of Business” under the theme “Bridging Borders: A Doctoral Research Exchange,” scheduled to be held on 20–21 February 2026. This conference brings together global scholars, industry experts, and doctoral researchers on a common platform.

The event aims to foster cross-border academic dialogue, promote innovative research, and highlight emerging trends shaping contemporary business ecosystems. Through insightful keynote sessions, research paper presentations, and collaborative discussions, participants will explore strategies for innovation, leadership, adaptability, and sustainability in a rapidly evolving world. The conference will serve as an enriching academic forum, encouraging interdisciplinary learning and strengthening international research collaboration.
