Overview
The Department of Fundamental of Nursing, Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research, is organizing a Poster Competition and First Aid Box Distribution as part of an awareness program on patient Safety and First Aid Management in Ground Floor Sharda Hospital, Sharda university campus.The event aims to promote awareness about the importance of first aid, patient safety and timely emergency response. The poster competition will provide students with an opportunity to creatively present important healthcare and first-aid messages to patient and family members. It will encourage participants to develop their knowledge and communicate essential health information effectively. The program will also focus on enhancing preparedness for common emergencies and unexpected situations. First aid boxes will be distributed to emphasize the importance of having essential medical supplies readily available. The initiative will promote a culture of safety, preparedness, and responsible action among students and the community. Through active participation, students will gain practical awareness of basic first-aid measures and emergency care. Overall, the event will contribute to strengthening health education, emergency preparedness, and community awareness
Objectives of Event
To Raise Awareness of First Aid: Inform participants on the significance of first aid, its fundamental elements, and accurate emergency response strategies.
To Encourage Creativity in Healthcare Education: Hold a poster contest to motivate participants to convey healthcare ideas, promoting creative ways to raise awareness of health issues.
To Improve Emergency Preparedness: Distribute first aid kits to highlight the importance of immediate medical care and provide people with the necessary medical equipment to deal with emergencies.
