Sharda School of Nursing Science & Research is organizing a motivational lecture for Nursing Fresher 2026 aspiring to become leaders emphasize the crucial role of nursing officers in advancing scientific knowledge and improving healthcare outcomes. It should highlight their unique perspective and patient- centered approach, which can contribute significantly to research, ultimately leading to better patient care and equitable health outcomes. The lecture should also address the challenges and rewards of transitioning into a research-focused career, offering guidance and inspiration to pursue this path. It bridges the gap between clinical practice and research, translating research findings into practical applications and improving patient care.

Objectives of Event

  1. Share examples of successful nursing leaders and their contributions to   inspire Fresher 2026
  2. Emphasize the diverse opportunities available in nursing research, including areas like clinical trials, public health, and health policy. 
  3. Emphasize the importance of finding mentors who can guide aspiring nurse scientists. 
  4. Empower them to see themselves as scientists, leader and agents of change in healthcare. 
  5. Focus on freshers & new journeys so they can be motivated to start with a positive mind & vision.
