Overview

The Skill Building Training on Nursing Procedure will be organized to enhance the clinical competence and practical abilities of nursing students. The program will aim to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application by providing hands-on experience in essential nursing procedures. It will focus on developing confidence, accuracy, and professional responsibility among students while performing various nursing skills required in clinical practice.

During the training session, experienced nursing faculties will demonstrate important nursing procedures such as sponge bath,oral hygiene, administration of medication and other fundamental patient care techniques. Students will participate in return demonstrations under supervision to ensure proper understanding of each procedure and thus enhancing their clinical skills.

Objectives of Event

1. To enhance the clinical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students in performing essential nursing procedures.( SGD3)

2. To develop competency, confidence, and accuracy among students through demonstration and return demonstration of nursing skills.( SGD3)

To strengthen students’ ability to apply theoretical knowledge in real clinical situations through skill-based training.( SGD3)
