We are privileged to have Dr. Preeti Jain as an expert of Intellectual Property Rights. She is well aquaintedin the development of novel Chemotherapeutics and their theoretical and experimental investigations. She is associated with Sharda University since 2017 as an Assistant Professor.

Objectives of Event

• Equip students with practical skills and knowledge in elements of Patentability, registration procedure, rights and duties of the patentee, assignment and license.
• Foster a deeper understanding of the nature of copyright-subject matter of copyright: original literary, dramatic, musical, artistic works; cinematograph films and sound recordings through interactive workshops and discussions.
• Provide hands-on experience and real-world applications of registration of trademarks and designs.
