Overview

The workshop on E-Resource Usage of Sharda University Library is designed to familiarize students, research scholars, and faculty members with the wide range of electronic resources available through the university library. The session will highlight digital databases, e-journals, e-books, research repositories, citation tools, and other online platforms that support academic learning, teaching, and research. By providing hands-on demonstrations and guided navigation, the workshop aims to help participants make the most of the university’s digital resources, ensuring effective and efficient use in academic and professional pursuits.

Objectives of Event

• To introduce participants to the various e-resources and digital databases subscribed to by Sharda University Library.
• To demonstrate search strategies, browsing techniques, and access methods for retrieving relevant academic content.
• To build awareness about the use of e-journals, e-books, research repositories, and citation tools for academic and research purposes.
• To encourage students and faculty to integrate e-resources into coursework, research, and project development.
• To promote digital literacy and independent learning skills through efficient use of library e-resources.
