Overview

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), in Collaborationwith Sharda School of Pharmacy is organizing a Workshop titled “Pedagogy for gen Z learning & research Methodology for Faculty Competencies” to equip Pharmacy faculty members with contemporary pedagogical strategies for Gen Z learners and enhance research competencies for quality teaching, innovation, and academic excellence. The program enhances faculty competencies in innovative pedagogy, research methodology, digital tools, and outcome-based education, thereby supporting continuous quality improvement, NBA compliance, and professional excellence in pharmacy education.

Objectives of Event

To sensitize faculty members to the learning characteristics, expectations, and digital behavior of Gen Z learners in higher education.

To enhance faculty competencies in adopting innovative, student-centric, and technology-enabled pedagogical approaches aligned with Gen Z learning styles.

To familiarize participants with active learning strategies such as experiential learning, flipped classrooms, blended learning, and outcome-based education (OBE).

To strengthen faculty understanding of research methodology, including research design, data collection, analysis techniques, and ethical considerations.

To build capacity among faculty members for quality research, publications, project proposals, and interdisciplinary research.
