Overview

The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, Sharda University, Greater Noida is organizing a Six-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the theme: “Bridging Science and Society: Pathways to Innovation and Sustainability” Scheduled from 3rd January 2026 to 8th January 2026. The FDP aims to provide a platform for faculty members, researchers, and professionals to engage in meaningful discussions on innovation, sustainability, and the role of science in addressing global challenges. Your contribution will be invaluable in broadening perspectives and fostering collaboration.

Objectives of Event

  • To enhance interdisciplinary understanding among faculty members by exploring the interface between scientific research, societal needs, and sustainable development.
  •  To strengthen the capacity of faculty to integrate innovation-driven and sustainability-focused approaches into teaching, research, and community engagement.
  • To familiarize participants with emerging scientific innovations and their applications in addressing real-world social, environmental, and economic challenges.
