Overview
We take great pride in sharing that the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), with India as a co-representing nation, has designated 21st December 2024 as World Meditation Day. To honor this global recognition, the Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SSHSS) will hold a dedicated meditation session on 20th December 2025. Let us experience and promote this profound technique of dhyana or meditation received from our saints and gurus. We warmly invite all Shardans to join and benefit from a rejuvenating experience that nurtures both body and mind.
