Overview
Sharda School of Media, Film and Entertainment is organizing an event on “Gender
Representation in mass media” on 15 APRIL 2026 at 11:35 AM for students, staff,
and faculty members of the school. The event will be held in Room No. 504, Block-2,
Sharda University, focusing on ‘gender representation in mass media to promote
awareness, inclusivity, and equal opportunities in society’.
Objectives of Event
1. To analyse gender representation in various forms of mass media.
2. To examine stereotypes and biases in media portrayals.
3. To promote awareness of inclusive and balanced gender representation.
