Overview

The AWS Cloud Club at Sharda University is organizing a Salesforce Agentforce Workshop in collaboration with Salesforce. The session will guide participants in building, configuring, and deploying a customer-facing retail AI agent using Salesforce’s Agentforce platform. Through expert-led hands-on sessions, students will explore AI-driven customer engagement tools and automation workflows.

Objectives of Event

  • Provide hands-on experience in building AI Agents on Salesforce Agentforce. 
  • Teach topic configuration, custom actions, and conversation testing.
  • Demonstrate integration of automation using Salesforce Flow.
  • Enable students to deploy a functional retail use-case agent.
  • Build industry connections through expert-led sessions.
