Overview
Sharda School of Nursing Science and Research (SSNSR), Sharda University is organizing Nurses Week on the occasion of International Nurses Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Ms. Florence Nightingale and to mark the Nurses contributions towards people’s health.
Objectives of Event
- To inculcate work dynamics among nursing students in terms of teamwork, coordination, and responsibility during the food stall event. (SDG 4 Quality Education)
- To enhance entrepreneurial skills and financial management abilities among students through planning and execution of food stalls. (SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth)
- To promote hygienic food handling practices and safe nutrition awareness among participants and visitors. (SDG 3 Good Health and Well-being)
- To encourage creativity and innovation in food preparation, presentation, and marketing strategies. (SDG 9 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure)
- To develop communication and interpersonal skills by engaging with customers and managing stall operations. (SDG 4 Quality Education)
- To foster a sense of responsibility and leadership among students through active participation in event organization. (SDG 16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions)
