Overview

Sharda School of Nursing Science and Research is organizing an event on: Code Of Conduct For Teachers for the teaching faculty on 06th August, 2025.

Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the intellectual, emotional, and social development of students. They are not only facilitators of knowledge but also role models whose values and behavior significantly influence learners and the learning environment. To maintain professional integrity, fairness, and accountability, it is essential that teachers adhere to a defined Code of Conduct.  Organizing an event on the Code of Conduct for Teachers provides an opportunity to create awareness about the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities of educators. It aims to sensitizeteachers about their duties towards students, institutions, and society, as well as the expectations set by governing educational bodies.

Objectives of Event

·         To enhance awareness among teachers about the professional ethics and Code of Conduct prescribed by educational authorities.

·         To educate teachers on their legal, moral, and social responsibilities toward students, colleagues, and the institution.

·         To promote integrity and accountability in teaching practices and interactions within and outside the classroom.

·         To discuss the importance of maintaining a positive teacher-student relationship while avoiding misconduct or favouritism.

To encourage adherence to institutional policies, safeguarding student welfare and promoting an inclusive learning environment
