Overview
This Capacity Building Programme is designed to empower non-teaching staff with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills required to understand and participate in drone-based survey operations. As drone technology becomes increasingly integral to sectors such as land records management, urban planning, infrastructure monitoring, and environmental assessments, it is essential for administrative and field personnel to grasp its applications, benefits, and limitations.
The programme will cover the basics of drone technology, components of a drone survey system, operational procedures, safety protocols, data acquisition, and interpretation of drone imagery. Through interactive sessions and hands-on demonstrations, participants will gain practical insights into how drone surveys are planned, executed, and how the collected data supports informed decision-making.
Objectives of Event
