Overview
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, SSES, is organizing a Three-Day Hands-on Workshop on CNC Lathe and Milling Operations for faculty members and laboratory staff, scheduled from 28th to 30th April 2025.
This workshop aims to enhance participants proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, tool selection, and precision machining techniques through practical exposure to CNC turning and milling centers.
Objectives of Event
- To provide participants with practical exposure and fundamental knowledge of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining, focusing on lathe and milling operations, and to enhance their technical skills in programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines for real-world manufacturing applications.
