Sharda School of Allied Health Sciences, Sharda University is organizing a “National Nutrition Month Celebration (Workshop on Wholesome Cooking for Wellness)on 24th September, 2025.

 About the Event:

Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, SHARDA SCHOOL OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES (SAHS) In association with Nestle India Ltd., is organizing an event, Wholesome Cooking for Wellness, on 24th September, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Room 505, Block 4, SSAHS, which includes the healthy cooking recipe demonstration by Nestle India Ltd. The event will be open for all the students of BSc and M. Sc of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The session aims to provide students with to promote awareness about the importance of healthy eating practices through practical recipe demonstrations, highlighting the role of balanced nutrition in overall health and well-being.

Objectives of Event

  • To demonstrate the preparation of simple, innovative, and nutritious recipes that align with the principles of healthy eating.
  • To enhance the knowledge and culinary skills of students in applying nutrition science to everyday cooking practices.
  • To encourage students to adopt and advocate for wholesome dietary habits in their personal lives and future professional practice.
