Overview

Sharda School of Law, in collaboration with the Department of Student Welfare (DSW), National Services Scheme (NSS), is celebrating Constitution Day on 26th November 2025 (Wednesday) at the Sharda School of Law.

This event, titled “We, The People: Balancing Our Rights with Our Duties for a Just Society”, aims to foster a profound dialogue on the core of our democracy. The celebration will encourage us to reflect on the essential synergy between the freedoms we enjoy as Fundamental Rights and the civic responsibilities we uphold as Fundamental Duties, as we strive together for a more just and equitable society.
