Overview

The Department of Computer Science & Applications, Sharda University, is organizing the MIC-Driven Activity titled “AI for Atmanirbhar Bharat: HEI Pre-Summit Engagements towards IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026”. The event aims to create awareness about Artificial Intelligence, its role in national development, and emerging opportunities in AI research, innovation, and careers. It will include expert talks and interactive discussions to promote ethical AI usage, skill development, and industry-academia collaboration. The activity will help prepare students and faculty for future AI-driven technological challenges and opportunities.

Objectives of Event

  • To create awareness among students and faculty about Artificial Intelligence and its role in national development.
  • To align academic activities with the IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026 and the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
  • To enhance understanding of AI applications, emerging technologies, and career opportunities in AI.
  • To promote ethical and responsible use of AI tools in academics and research.
  • To encourage innovation, research, and entrepreneurship in AI among students.
  • To strengthen industry–academia collaboration in AI-related domains.
  • To build capacity among faculty and students for AI-driven teaching, learning, and research.
  • To prepare future-ready graduates with AI skills and interdisciplinary knowledge.
