Overview

A two-day workshop on advanced and functional materials for energy applications (WAFMEA-2026) will be held on 24–25 April 2026 at NPL, New Delhi, in association with Sharda University & JIIT Noida. The event aims to provide insights into modern energy systems, including hydrogen technologies, batteries, fuel cells, and sustainable technologies, while bridging the gap between research and real-world applications. Participants will also have opportunities for quizzes, prizes, and potential publication in an international journal.

Objectives of Event

The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of advanced and functional materials used in modern energy applications. It aims to enhance knowledge in areas such as energy storage, nanomaterials, and sustainable technologies through expert sessions and discussions. The event also seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation. Additionally, it encourages innovation, collaboration, and research opportunities among students and faculty.
