Overview

It is a comprehensive and sensitizing initiative designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and equitable work and academic environment. The program aims to promote awareness about gender rights, workplace ethics, legal frameworks, and respectful interpersonal conduct among all stakeholders—students, faculty, administrative staff, and employees.

Objectives of Event

  • To create awareness about gender roles, stereotypes, and biases.
  • To educate participants about the POSH Act, 2013, its provisions, and implications.
  • To equip participants with the knowledge to identify, prevent, and address sexual harassment at the workplace or educational institutions.
  • To develop empathy, inclusiveness, and respectful workplace behavior.
  • To empower Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs) with the right tools for handling complaints fairly and legally.
