Sharda School of Business Studies, Department of Management is conducting an FDP on case study method for faculty.The Faculty Development Programme is designed to enhance the pedagogical skills of faculty members by deepening their understanding of the case method—a powerful teaching strategy used widely in business schools and interdisciplinary domains. The programme will explore the theoretical underpinnings, practical application, and instructional benefits of the case method, while also equipping participants with the skills required to develop original, context-rich case studies for classroom use and publication.

Through interactive sessions, peer reviews, and expert guidance, participants will gain insights into crafting compelling narratives, setting effective teaching objectives, and facilitating rich classroom discussions using cases. This FDP is ideal for educators in Business Schools, who are seeking to foster critical thinking, real-world problem-solving, and student engagement in their teaching practices
