The Sports Society, Office of the Dean Students’ Welfare, Sharda University, is organizing “National Sports Week Celebration 2026” on the occasion of National Sports Day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for students to display their sporting skills, participate in various sports activities, and demonstrate their talent and potential. Outstanding performers may also get an opportunity to be considered for the University's competitive championship teams

Objectives of Event
· To celebrate National Sports Day and promote the spirit of sportsmanship among students.
· To provide students with a platform to showcase their sporting skills and talent.
· To encourage greater participation in sports and physical activities.
· To identify and nurture talented and promising student athletes.
· To motivate students towards fitness, discipline, teamwork, and healthy competition.
· To provide deserving students with opportunities to represent the University in inter-university and competitive championships.
· To create awareness about the importance of sports and an active lifestyle among students.
