Overview
The Alumni Lecture organised by Alumni Cell, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University and Internship Committee, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University on “The Art of Cracking Legal Solutions for Clients” for 3rd Year students of BALLB and BBALLB.
It is a practical and skill-oriented Lecture designed to introduce students to the art of approaching and resolving real-world legal problems. The session focuses on how a legal professional moves beyond merely identifying the applicable law and develops a clear, practical, and client-oriented legal solution.
The event will provide insights into analysing client facts, identifying key legal issues, researching relevant law, evaluating available options, and formulating effective legal strategies. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, students will gain an understanding of the role of legal reasoning, professional judgment, communication, and strategic thinking in client representation.
The event aims to equip aspiring lawyers with the confidence and practical skills required to approach challenging client situations and “crack” legal problems with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
Objectives of Event
- To develop students’ ability to identify and analyse legal issues arising from client problems.
- To enhance problem-solving and legal reasoning skills required for effective legal practice.
- To familiarise students with practical approaches to developing appropriate legal strategies and solutions.
- To strengthen students’ understanding of client counselling, fact analysis, and application of law to real-life situations.
- To encourage critical thinking, creativity, and strategic decision-making in resolving complex legal problems.
- To bridge the gap between theoretical legal knowledge and practical legal practice.
